1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Jobloop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Jobloop is an AI-powered automated job application platform that:
- Matches you with relevant job opportunities based on your preferences and profile
 - Automatically submits job applications on your behalf to prospective employers
 - Tracks and reports the status of your applications
 - Provides tools to manage your job search process
 
The Service operates on a credit-based system where each automated job application consumes credits from your account balance.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using email/password or through Google OAuth authentication.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.4 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or for any fraudulent purpose is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.
4. Credits and Payment
4.1 Credit System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each job application submitted through the Service consumes credits from your account balance. Credit costs may vary based on job type and application complexity.
4.2 Purchasing Credits
Credits can be purchased through our platform using payment methods we support (currently Stripe). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.
4.3 Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, we reserve the right to implement expiration policies with reasonable notice.
4.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased but will apply to future purchases.
5. User Responsibilities and Conduct
5.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile, resume, and job preferences. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Misrepresentation of your qualifications or experience may result in account termination.
5.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
 - Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications
 - Harass, abuse, or harm employers or other users
 - Attempt to circumvent credit requirements or usage limits
 - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
 - Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality
 - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
 - Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
 - Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
 - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
 
5.3 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service (including resumes, cover letters, and profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
6.1 No Employment Guarantee
Jobloop is a tool to assist in the job application process. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, or employment. The decision to interview or hire is solely at the discretion of the employer.
6.2 Application Success
While we strive to submit all applications successfully, we cannot guarantee that all applications will be delivered to employers. Technical issues, employer systems, or other factors outside our control may prevent successful submission. Credits consumed for failed applications may be refunded at our discretion.
6.3 Job Listings Accuracy
We aggregate job listings from various sources. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all job listings are current, accurate, or legitimate. You should verify job details directly with employers.
6.4 Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Jobloop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
- Authentication providers (Google OAuth, Supabase)
 - Payment processors (Stripe)
 - Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform)
 - Job board APIs and aggregators
 
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any unused credits (unless otherwise required by law).
9.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
 - Fraudulent or illegal activity
 - Abuse of the Service
 - Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
 
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBLOOP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobloop and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
 - Your violation of these Terms
 - Your violation of any rights of another party
 - Your content submitted to the Service
 
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Jobloop is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobloop regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
